We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Guest Relations Officer to join our Holiday Homes team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the UAE short-term rental market and is confident managing guest operations across multiple booking platforms while ensuring a seamless guest experience.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the main point of contact for guests, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, manage listings and support daily property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including physical assistance when required
  • Communicate professionally with guests via Airbnb, Booking.com, other platforms, WhatsApp, email, and phone
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints and urgent issues with a customer-first approach
  • Create, upload and manage property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms
  • Work with Property Management Systems (PMS) Guesty
  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and operational tasks with internal teams
  • Monitor guest reviews and follow up on feedback to improve service quality
  • Report damages, maintenance issues or guest concerns to management
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, communications and property status
  • Ensure compliance with DTCM regulations and holiday home licensing requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Holiday Homes or short-term rentals in the UAE
  • Experience working with Guesty PMS
  • Strong knowledge of Airbnb and Booking.com
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiar with guest expectations in short-term rental environments
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays when required
  • Presentable, organized, professional and detail-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and handle urgent guest situations calmly
