We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter (WILLING TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY) to join our team. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive
• Take orders and make recommendations on menu items
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that tables are clean and set properly for each customer
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Process payments and make change accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress preferred
• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS)
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Team spirit
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• High school diploma; food safety training is a plus.
• Language: English, Arabic is a plus
• Nationality: Philippines / Nepal
