About the Role:
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications including calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Organize schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
  • Prepare, maintain, and update documents, records, and reports
  • Maintain structured filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with accounting tasks: data entry, invoice processing, expense tracking
  • HR and employee documentation
  • Manage and update the company’s social media pages and content
  • Coordinate internal and external communications and follow-ups
  • Perform general office duties to support day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative or office support role
  • Basic accounting knowledge is required
  • Experience in managing social media platforms (posting, engagement, basic content creation)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Presentable, professional, and able to work independently
