About the Role:
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant (Female)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office communications including calls, emails, and inquiries
- Organize schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
- Prepare, maintain, and update documents, records, and reports
- Maintain structured filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with accounting tasks: data entry, invoice processing, expense tracking
- HR and employee documentation
- Manage and update the company’s social media pages and content
- Coordinate internal and external communications and follow-ups
- Perform general office duties to support day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative or office support role
- Basic accounting knowledge is required
- Experience in managing social media platforms (posting, engagement, basic content creation)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Presentable, professional, and able to work independently
