WELL CONNECTED BUSINESS CENTER is looking for a smart, well-presented, and professional Female Receptionist who is on Spouse Visa or Own Visa. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming clients and visitors, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the business center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage meeting room bookings and office client coordination
- Maintain reception area and ensure professional appearance at all times
- Handle document scanning, printing, and basic administrative tasks
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with maintenance/cleaning staff
- Support accounts and operations team when required
Requirements:
- Female candidate on Spouse Visa or Own Visa (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
- Well-organized, polite, and customer service oriented
- Freshers or candidates with 6 months experience can apply
