Snatch & Glow is a leading aesthetics clinic and accredited training academy delivering advanced aesthetic treatments and professional courses. We are expanding internationally and are seeking a confident, results-driven Sales Coordinator to drive academy enrolments and treatment bookings within the UAE market.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated, target-driven British Sales Coordinator based in the UAE who can confidently manage inbound and outbound enquiries, deliver a proven sales script, and close high-value aesthetic training packages.

This is a high-performance role suited to someone who thrives in a sales environment and is comfortable handling objections, following up leads, and consistently achieving KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and consistently achieve ambitious monthly targets
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads (WhatsApp, calls, CRM, social media)
  • Deliver the company sales script confidently
  • Handle objections professionally and convert enquiries into bookings
  • Maintain and update CRM/customer databases accurately
  • Follow up with leads and previous enquiries to maximise conversions
  • Support management with reporting and strategic sales insights
  • Identify new business opportunities within the UAE market
  • Ensure excellent customer experience pre and post-sale

Requirements

  • British passport holder (required)
  • Currently based in the UAE
  • Proven sales experience (academy, aesthetics, education or high-ticket sales preferred)
  • Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable working to KPIs and targets
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
