Job Purpose

The job holder is responsible to provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation and handling of people, materials, equipment, and catering items across operational locations, ensuring uninterrupted operations through strict adherence to company standards, approved routes and schedules, UAE traffic laws, and airport/ramp safety regulations where applicable.

Key Result Areas:
1.Provide safe, punctual, and reliable transportation of employees between accommodation, workplace, and designated pick-up and drop-off locations as per approved routes and schedules.

2.Adhere to assigned rosters, trip schedules, and route plans to ensure uninterrupted employee transport services and minimal delays.

3.Maintain a respectful, orderly, and secure travel environment through courteous interaction, adherence to conduct standards, and enforcement of transport rules.

4.Support workforce mobility by proactively escalating delays, route challenges, or vehicle issues that may impact employee transportation services.

Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:
Education Qualification:
a) High School Certificate Qualification or equivalent qualification (must have)

b) Valid U.A.E. Driving License – Category 4 (Heavy Truck) and successful completion of the company driving test (Mandatory)

Work Experience:
a)Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years relevant driving experience

b)Area of Experience: Experience in a logistics, transport, aviation, or industrial environment as a Truck Driver or in a similar role.
