We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will lead the team, maintain operational standards, and support management in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff activities
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Train, motivate, and monitor staff performance
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift coverage
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and place orders when required
• Support management with reports, sales targets, and cost control

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
