Job Summary:
The Cleaning Operations Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and supervising all cleaning operations, ensuring high service standards, client satisfaction, and efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Operations Management
- Oversee daily cleaning operations across all sites.
- Ensure work is completed as per scope, schedule, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Handle deployment and mobilization of manpower for new projects.
Team Management
- Supervise cleaners, supervisors, and team leaders.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity of staff.
- Provide training on cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
Client Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.
- Attend client meetings and handle complaints or service requests.
- Ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance.
Materials & Equipment Control
- Monitor consumption of cleaning materials.
- Coordinate with store/purchase for material requirements.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines and equipment.
Health & Safety
- Ensure all staff follow HSE policies and PPE requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training.
- Maintain MSDS and chemical safety standards.
Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Submit manpower reports, material consumption reports, and site performance reports to management.
