Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and serve customers politely, ensuring a great dining experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and store services.
  • Follow proper service steps (order taking, serving, billing).
  • Keep tables, workstations, and service areas clean and well-stocked.
  • Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Work as a team with staff and communicate with supervisors for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in restaurants/cafés (preferred).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (English required).
  • Basic cash handling and billing knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on feet for long hours.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility in shifts.
