La Vue Café & Boulangerie is seeking a skilled and dedicated Baker to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about bread-making, consistency, and quality. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in producing a variety of breads and bakery items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of breads and bakery products
  • Follow recipes, maintain consistency, and ensure high-quality standards
  • Manage daily production schedules and meet order requirements
  • Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and inventory
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the baking area
  • Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Baker (bread-focused)
  • Strong understanding of baking techniques, dough preparation, and fermentation
  • Ability to work early morning shifts
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
