What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in music programming, entertainment planning, nightlife management, or luxury hospitality entertainment within the UAE.
• Proven experience conceptualising and executing music-led events (e.g., pool parties, club nights, branded event series).
• Strong understanding of music genres including electronic, pop, R&B, hip-hop, and international trends.
• Demonstrated ability to curate vibe and energy for diverse guest demographics.
• Established network within the regional or international music and entertainment industry.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity and profitability.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• A ‘FIVE-Styled’ mindset — bold, innovative, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
