Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard distributors, importers, and wholesale partners in assigned international markets.
  • Develop and implement market entry and growth strategies.
  • Build long-term relationships with channel partners to drive consistent sales.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on market performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in international sales, preferably in FMCG / household / detergent / soap products.
  • Strong network and ability to connect with distributors and importers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Fluency in English; additional foreign languages will be an advantage.
