Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support our daily office and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily attendance records, arranging gate passes, coordinating with agents regarding job requirements, preparing job cards, and tracking all ongoing jobs. The role also includes managing office inventory and assisting with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
