  • Support agents in closing high-value deals
  • Build relationships with clients and investors

3. Transaction Oversight

  • Ensure contracts comply with local regulations
  • Oversee property listings, marketing, and negotiations
  • Coordinate with lawyers, mortgage brokers, and inspectors
  • Ensure smooth closing processes

4. Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Manage budgets and commission structures
  • Track sales performance and reporting
  • Maintain CRM systems and client databases
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws
