Customer Support Executive
We are seeking confident, articulate, and customer-focused professionals with strong English communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional service through clear, professional, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers for feedback collection, service verification, and follow-ups
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English while upholding the company’s service standards and brand voice
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional approach in all customer interactions
Requirements
- Strong fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, or call center roles is preferred
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Candidates holding a valid visa will be given preference
