Job Summary

The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling Zulfair Travel’s services including visa processing, travel packages, business setup services, government-related services, and other company offerings. The role requires active client acquisition, relationship management, revenue generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell company services such as:

Tourist, Freelancer, Family & Golden Visa services

Visa change services (Airport / Border)

Travel packages & ticketing

Business setup & PRO services

Identify and generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and field visits.

Maintain strong follow-up with potential and existing clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

2. Client Relationship Management

Provide accurate information regarding visa rules, documentation, and service procedures.

Maintain professional communication with clients.

Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in coordination with operations team.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare quotations and proposals.

Maintain proper record of leads and conversions.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Update CRM or sales tracking system regularly.
