Job Summary

The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle billing, cash, POS transactions, and card payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products.
  • Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
  • Inform customers about promotions and special offers.
  • Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail/sales experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems.
  • Presentable and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
