Arabic and english speaking wedding Sales & Business Development

  • Respond to wedding inquiries (phone, email, website, social media)
  • Conduct venue tours and client consultations
  • Prepare customized proposals and pricing packages
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain CRM database and track sales pipeline
  • Attend bridal shows and networking events to generate leads

Wedding Planning & Coordination

  • Guide couples through planning timelines and checklists
  • Coordinate ceremony and reception logistics
  • Create detailed event orders and floor plans
  • Liaise with vendors (catering, décor, florists, DJs, photographers)
  • Conduct planning meetings and final detail confirmations
  • Oversee rehearsal and wedding day execution
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure client satisfaction

Administrative Duties

  • Draft and manage contracts and payment schedules
  • Track deposits and final payments
  • Maintain event calendars and booking systems
  • Prepare post-event reports and client follow-ups
  • Collect reviews and testimonials

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in wedding sales, event planning, or hospitality
  • Strong sales closing ability and revenue-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM and event management software
  • Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays required)
