Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner

Present menus and explain food and beverage items

Take accurate orders and serve food and drinks efficiently

Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience

Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup

Handle billing and payments accurately

Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Well-groomed and professional appearance

Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
