Overview:
Furnispace Interior Designing LLC is seeking an exceptionally meticulous, hardworking Office Attendant who takes pride in maintaining an immaculately clean, organized and welcoming office. This role requires outstanding cleaning skills, strict ownership of office supplies and inventory, attentive client-facing beverage service, and daily upkeep of our material library.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a spotless, dust-free office at all times — reception, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, corridors and washrooms
  • Perform daily cleaning and periodic deep-cleaning: dusting, polishing, vacuuming/sweeping/mopping, glass cleaning, sanitizing high-touch areas and emptying bins
  • Take full ownership of office supplies and consumables: monitor inventory (stationery, cleaning materials, tea/coffee supplies, water, crockery), restock proactively, place orders with approval, and keep storage areas tidy and labelled
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee and water to clients and staff promptly and courteously; clear, wash and store cups, saucers and trays; ensure beverage area and machines are clean and hygienic
  • Arrange, maintain and keep the material library organised at all times: sort and label samples, update placement after use, ensure samples are clean, accessible and stored safely
  • Set up and tidy meeting rooms (table setup, refreshments, presentation materials) before and after meetings
  • Report maintenance issues, assist with minor upkeep, and handle cleaning equipment safely
  • Presentable, polite and professional when interacting with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office cleaning/attendant or hospitality service preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering a dust-free, well-organized workspace
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills and a courteous, client-facing manner
  • Basic physical fitness for lifting, standing and cleaning tasks
  • Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment and safe handling; ability to track simple inventory records
