Full job description

This is an entry level position that requires no experience. We just need a friendly face to sit at the front and greet walk ins. Starting pay is $10.00 an hour. Pay is based off what you would be doing. In time pay will go up as you start taking on more tasks.

Job Overview
-Greet and welcome customers & vendors in a friendly and professional manner.

-Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area.

-Answer phones and take messages.

Responsibilities

-Walk-ins

We do not get them daily but when we do it’s either a customer dropping off a vehicle, a customer needing an estimate, vendors dropping off parts or a customer wanting to schedule repairs.

-Parts deliveries

Sign the invoice and tell one of the guys the part has arrived so they can bring it to the back.

-Estimates

You’d get the estimator to come and create the estimate
