Front Desk Agent (Part-Time) – Hampton Inn & Suites Charles Town.

Availability

  • Part-Time: Primarily weekends and evenings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Provide a warm welcome, handle check-ins/check-outs, and issue room keys.
  • Reservations: Manage online, phone, and in-person bookings using our computer system.
  • Local Expert: Answer guest questions about hotel amenities and nearby attractions or dining.
  • Problem Solving: Efficiently resolve guest requests or complaints to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

  • Experience: No previous hotel experience required; we will train the right person! Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, a positive attitude, and basic computer proficiency.
  • Physical: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
