We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer with 2–3 years of proven sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales through field and/or indoor sales activities
• Identify and approach potential customers
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer data
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales
• Field sales experience will be an advantage
• Valid driving license
