Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Bobcat Loader Operator to safely operate skid steer loaders (Bobcat) for excavation, loading, backfilling, and site preparation works. The ideal candidate must have construction site experience and strong knowledge of safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Bobcat / Skid Steer Loader for earthworks, excavation, leveling, and material handling.
• Load and unload soil, sand, debris, gravel, and construction materials.
• Perform grading, trenching, and site cleaning as per project requirements.
• Conduct daily equipment inspection and report defects or maintenance needs.
• Follow lifting and safety procedures at all times.
• Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and ground workers during operations.
• Ensure safe maneuvering in confined and busy construction areas.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic servicing.
• Assist site team with general construction support when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–10 years experience operating Bobcat / Skid Steer Loader in construction projects.
• Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License for Bobcat/Skid Steer.
• Good knowledge of construction safety standards and site procedures.
• Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments.
• Basic communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage).
