Job Summary:
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily job orders, updating trip details, and tracking expenses submitted by our operations team and drivers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update daily job orders for drivers
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding schedules and changes
- Track and record daily expenses submitted by drivers
- Verify trip details, invoices, and receipts
- Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets or management systems
- Report discrepancies and provide daily summaries to management
- Ensure smooth communication between office staff and drivers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles (tourism experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in transportation or tourism industry
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
