We are a medical supplies company based in Dubai Media City, and we are looking for a skilled and motivated Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily administrative tasks and office operations
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Preparing documents, reports, and filing systems.
  • Supporting the management and field team with day-to-day tasks
  • Assisting with basic data entry, invoices, and coordination

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • have practical experience using SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
  • Previous experience as Secretary or Admin (preferably in medical field)
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Presentable, professional, and reliable personality
  • Must be currently inside the UAE and stay near to Dubai Media city
