Customer Service Coordinator

We are hiring a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to handle customer requests, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure service processes are completed smoothly.

This role requires strong communication skills, follow-up ability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer inquiries and respond professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams to arrange the best service option for each customer
  • Prepare quotations and confirm details with customers
  • Manage documentation and service processing steps
  • Follow up with customers until completion
  • Maintain organized records of customer requests and updates

Requirements:

  • Strong customer communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and follow up efficiently
  • Languages Required: English & Urdu
  • Arabic is a plus
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp)

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 2000 – 2500 AED/month

Company visa provided

1 day off per week

Salary increase may be considered based on performance

Working Hours : 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM

One weekly day off
