Role Description

The Play & Party Attendant is responsible for upholding one of Cheeky Monkeys’ core values: safety and hygiene. This role also ensures that the store maintains a fun and energetic atmosphere. The Attendant assists with party and event-related activities, including room decoration, games and activities, outdoor events, and mascot appearances.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Engage children in play activities, monitor play areas, and ensure safe play at all times.
• Enforce play rules and safety guidelines while clearly explaining them to children and parents/guardians.
• Respond quickly to incidents or emergencies and report them to management when required.
• Support events, parties, camps, and daily activities, including decorations, games, and mascot appearances.
• Maintain professional appearance, hygiene, and follow company policies, attendance, and confidentiality standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety and emergency guidelines are followed.
• Identify and resolve operational issues while adapting to changing guest and business needs.
• Be punctual, dependable, and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Work closely with team members and other departments to meet operational goals.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service, answer basic guest queries, and support a positive guest experience.

Educational Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in childcare, children’s entertainment, or hospitality preferred
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in a similar environment is an advantage
• UAE experience preferred
