Role Description

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the Cheeky Monkeys store. Duties include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; dusting countertops, ceilings, and furniture; and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and all other areas of the store.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across guest areas, play zones, restrooms, staff areas, and operational spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scheduled routines.
• Handle, store, and monitor cleaning supplies and equipment properly, reporting low stock when required.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and company operational standards at all times.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards within the facility.
• Support event, party, and camp setups by ensuring assigned areas are clean, organized, and ready for operations.
• Assist the store team during peak hours, special events, and operational requirements.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude while on duty.
• Follow HR policies, company code of conduct, and attendance guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide courteous, responsive, and helpful service to guests and colleagues.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical workplace standards.

Educational Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Secondary/High school qualification is mandatory.
• Basic schooling (Grade 10 or equivalent)
• 6 months – 1 year experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning services
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene, and safety procedures
• UAE experience preferred
