Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse System Operator responsible for managing warehouse transactions within the company’s ERP/WMS platform. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, processing operational data, and supporting warehouse execution through system control rather than physical handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound transactions in Odoo ERP/WMS (receipts, transfers, dispatch confirmations)
• Monitor inventory balances and investigate discrepancies
• Generate picking lists, delivery notes, and shipping documentation
• Validate and post stock adjustments when required
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure system records reflect physical movements
• Track order status and update stakeholders on progress
• Prepare operational and inventory reports
• Maintain master data (items, locations, batches, etc.)
• Support cycle counts and reconciliation activities
• Escalate system or data inconsistencies to management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, IT, or related field
• Experience working with ERP/WMS platforms (Odoo preferred — big plus for your setup)
• Strong computer proficiency (Excel, data entry accuracy, reporting tools)
• Good understanding of inventory workflows
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• English communication skills required
