Role Description

The F&B Attendant is responsible for taking customer orders, handling monetary transactions, and preparing meals and beverages. The role also includes managing F&B stock and ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and food safety guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages accurately and promptly while following proper food handling and HACCP standards.
  • Promote menu items, upsell products, and support ongoing promotions to enhance sales.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving minor concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the counter, dining area, equipment, and service spaces while complying with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle cash transactions, billing, and POS operations accurately in line with company guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation, expiry checks, and reporting shortages.
  • Demonstrate professionalism by maintaining personal grooming standards, adhering to company policies, and handling information confidentially.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures, ensure workplace safety, identify operational improvements, and adapt to business needs.
  • Be punctual, dependable, and accountable while collaborating effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations.
  • Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with guests, colleagues, and management to foster a positive team environment.

Educational Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months – 1 year experience in F&B service, hospitality, or catering
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
  • UAE experience preferred
