Job Description:
As a Bellman at Ciel, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will assist with luggage, guide guests around the property, and provide support that reflects the world-class hospitality expected at the world’s tallest hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and warmth.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring careful handling at all times.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities, and respond to any immediate needs.
- Deliver messages, packages, and amenities promptly to guest rooms.
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and readiness, ensuring a refined first impression.
- Assist with transportation arrangements and directions as needed.
- Log and manage luggage storage requests securely and accurately.
- Support valet operations by coordinating with drivers and parking staff when required.
- Report any maintenance or security issues observed in guest areas.
- Provide local information and respond to guest inquiries with enthusiasm and knowledge.
Desired Skill & Expertise:
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling luggage and long periods of standing.
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional conduct.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
