Job Overview:
We are seeking a Houseman to join our team. As a Houseman, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment without a need for extensive mechanical or maintenance knowledge.

Duties:
– Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing repairs and general building maintenance
– Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential hazards
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
– Store supplies in appropriate locations throughout hotel

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
– Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
