We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to join our team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will ensure proper handling of materials, maintain accurate records, and manage daily issuance of items from the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check, and record all incoming materials.
  • Maintain organized storage and accurate inventory records.
  • Issue materials on a daily basis as per requirements.
  • Update stock register/data regularly and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with site and project teams for material needs.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages in advance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Store Keeper (real estate or construction preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of store management and inventory systems.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
