Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to maintain their appearance and safety
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency
• Follow established protocols for waste disposal and linen handling to uphold hygiene standards
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas like lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces with attention to detail
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks to ensure a safe environment for everyone

Experience

Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or holidays as needed

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred

Familiarity with cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning equipment and floor care products

Knowledge of hospitality standards and janitorial practices that promote guest satisfaction

Experience with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control or team coordination is a plus

Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
