Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency with office technology. Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
  • Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management using various software tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily tasks
  • Assist with office management tasks including supply inventory and correspondence
  • Support bookkeeping activities and basic office bookkeeping functions
  • Maintain organized workspaces and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming
  • Provide administrative support such as copying, scanning, and mailing documents
  • Manage incoming emails and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters

Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Bilingual communication skills are highly desirable for diverse client interactions
  • Office management experience including calendar management and data entry
