“`Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Movers. As a Mover, you will be responsible for assisting with the safe and efficient transportation of goods and furniture for our clients. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and excellent communication skills.

Duties:
– Load and unload furniture and other items onto trucks or trailers
– Safely secure items to prevent damage during transportation
– Drive own vehicle to job destination
– Potential to drive 17 or 26 Foot box truck later in employment (with correct credentrials)
– Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by dispatch
– Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations
– Provide exceptional customer service during the moving process

Experience:
– Previous experience working in a warehouse or moving environment is preferred
– Proficiency in driving box trucks or is a plus
– Ability to safely lift and carry heavy objects, including furniture, up and down stairs
– Experience as a delivery driver, commercial driver, courier, or in a similar role is beneficial

Skills:
– Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
– Excellent problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges during the moving process
– Attention to detail to ensure items are properly secured and protected during transportation
– Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting and manual labor for extended periods of time
