Compensation: $55,000+ annually, depending on experience and manufacturing systems expertise


VA Coaching & Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturer of innovative plastic packaging solutions with operations across North America and international markets.


This organization serves major food, beverage, and consumer goods companies and operates in a fast-paced, highly technical manufacturing environment. The Help Desk Analyst will play a critical role in supporting plant operations, end users, and core IT infrastructure at the Ogden, Utah, facility.


This is more than a traditional help desk role — this position supports both office and plant floor systems and contributes directly to operational performance and uptime.


REQUIREMENTS


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network systems
  • Troubleshoot issues in person, over the phone, and remotely
  • Support plant label computers, printers, and RF devices on the manufacturing floor
  • Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and telecommunications systems
  • Install, configure, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Maintain user profiles in Linux and Windows environments
  • Perform testing of applications and patches prior to deployment
  • Assist with data extraction and system reporting
  • Support IT-related projects in collaboration with leadership
