Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hair Salon Receptionist at Valery Joseph Salon located in New York, NY. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis. Needs to be accustomed to fast pace, high volume environment and be quick learner

During June, July, and August, travel to the Hamptons is required on a weekly basis (2 or 3 times). Transportation is provided, along with overtime pay.

Schedule 4 days a week – Must be available Saturday and Sunday

Qualifications

• Phone etiquette and Communication skills
• Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a salon or customer service industry is a must
• High school diploma or equivalent
