Duties

• Scoop and serve ice cream and other frozen desserts accurately and efficiently to meet customer preferences.
• Operate system Sqaure to process transactions smoothly and handle cash handling responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including utensils, counters, and display cases, adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist customers with menu selections, upselling additional items like toppings or specialty treats to enhance their experience.
• Manage food preparation tasks such as portioning ingredients, preparing toppings, and restocking supplies throughout shifts.
• Support food handling procedures by following proper hygiene practices during serving and cleaning routines.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service while managing busy periods in a quick service & fast food restaurant setting.
