Anthony Scotto Restaurants is looking to hire for a host/hostess position.

Host/Hostess Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Manage Reservations and Waitlist using OpenTable.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.
• Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess stand and entrance area
• Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or as a host/hostess is a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
