Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
- Prepare and package food and beverages accurately.
- Assemble and package orders
- Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest
questions - Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
- Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstations
- Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments
- Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
- Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
- Work collaboratively with team members and managers
- Maintain and organize stockroom and refrigerated areas
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required.

Physical Requirements:
- Standing for extended periods
- Repetitive movements such as bending, stooping, and reaching
- Lifting boxes, ice and products up to 20 lbs
- Wearing a headset
- Working in a compact space
