The position of ‘Eat -n- Dash’ is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent customer service skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience while maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our operations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer preferences are noted.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
