Client Service Associate Position Overview

The Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a key role in providing excellent client service by supporting with account management and administrative tasks. This position ensures smooth operations, timely client communication, and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently. Keep clients informed about account status and updates.
  • Account Management: Assist with account openings, transfers, and systematic investment plans.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and maintain accurate records. Ensure proper operation of team equipment and track office supplies.
  • Team Support: Participate in team meetings, collaborate with colleagues, and provide backup when needed. Help maintain a clean and organized office space.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when necessary. Follow up on account-related tasks to ensure smooth processes.

Position Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience: Customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Attributes: Reliable, proactive, team player with a positive attitude. Willing to learn and grow in the role.
