We are seeking a professional, organized, and solutions-driven Medical Receptionist to manage front desk operations and deliver an exceptional patient experience in our medical and aesthetic practice.

Responsibilities

Patient Experience

  • Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out
  • Verify insurance and collect co-pays
  • Assist patients with portal access and appointment updates
  • Address and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and follow-through

Scheduling & Communication

  • Schedule appointments using EMR and aesthetic systems
  • Answer phones and provide accurate information
  • Manage patient portal messages and inbox communications daily
  • Log and track concerns using internal systems

Insurance & Administrative Support

  • Verify benefits, obtain pre-authorizations, and manage referrals
  • Assist with insurance claims and billing support
  • Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance

Office Operations

  • Support general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate internal meetings and trainings
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces

Qualifications

  • Previous medical front desk experience preferred
  • Experience with EMR and scheduling systems
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and HIPAA compliance
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
