Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest experience at our hotel. If you take pride in creating a welcoming and spotless environment, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock housekeeping cart with necessary supplies and transport it to assigned areas.
• Enter guest rooms following proper procedures, ensuring privacy and vacancy before entry.
• Refresh rooms with clean linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Make beds, fold linens, and clean bathrooms to company standards.
• Remove trash, used linens, and room service items.
• Check that all room appliances are present and in working order.
• Organize furniture, desk items, and appliances in a neat manner.
• Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls, furniture, and fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways.
• Follow all safety and security procedures, reporting any accidents or concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance.
• Greet and assist guests with professionalism and hospitality.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members.
• Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
