• Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to enhance the shopping experience
• Upsell products by recommending complementary items to boost sales and customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper stocking, inventory management, and cleanliness at the checkout area
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or through online inquiries

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers
