Position Summary

The Guest Services Associate (GSA) is the first point of contact for all guests at Jumping World. This role is responsible for delivering a fast, friendly, and accurate check-in experience while driving revenue through memberships, party bookings, and add-on sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and manage check-in, waivers, and admissions
  • Operate POS systems accurately (cash, card, memberships, gift cards)
  • Explain pricing, packages, memberships, and promotions clearly
  • Upsell add-ons such as socks, drinks, party upgrades, and memberships
  • Assist with birthday parties and group events as needed
  • Handle guest questions, complaints, and basic issue resolution
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
  • Follow all company policies related to cash handling, refunds, and waivers

Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable handling money and POS systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Prior customer service or retail experience
  • Sales or upselling experience
  • Experience working with families or children

Physical Requirements

  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs

Schedule

  • Weekdays, weekends, holidays, and peak hours required
  • Part-time and full-time positions available
