Waddell & Reed has an opportunity for a full-time Office Receptionist. To be successful in this role, you must have basic knowledge of the financial services industry and superior client service skills. Each essential task will require a focus on accuracy, detail, time management, and organization skills. You will need strong communication and client service skills to build relationships within the organization and with our partners in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Greet all visitors in a cordial and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone and email
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Monitor meeting room schedules
- Opening, closing and maintenance of office
- Electronic paperwork filing, coordination, and management
- Special projects
- Other duties as required
