Job Title:
Kitchen Hand / Training Baker
Location: Richmond, TX 77406
Schedule: 3 days per week (flexible)

Role Overview:
This is a hands-on, learning-focused role perfect for someone interested in bakery operations and developing baking skills. You’ll assist in daily production while learning the ropes of professional baking. There is strong potential for growth into a manager or head baker role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix dough for cookies, breads, and other baked goods
- Portion dough accurately for consistent sizing and weight
- Finish and decorate cookies with attention to detail
- Assist in baking savory breads and specialty items
- Pack baked goods for orders, events, and sales
- Deliver baked items to local coffee shops and retail partners
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace
- Wash dishes, trays, and tools
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about baking and kitchen operations
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Team player who enjoys a collaborative environment
- Comfortable with local deliveries (vehicle and valid license required)
